Luke!

Luke has spent his entire life with one family living
in Central Wisconsin. They dropped him off at the local humane
society, because he didn't get along with a new family member
and was showing dominance. His foster parents are getting very
different signals from him, though. He has shown no signs of dominance
and he does very well with everyone in the home (including children
as young as 5). He gets a little nervous and lies in his crate
when the young dogs start playing inside - but does his best to
keep up and play outside with everyone. He will sit or lay on
the furniture to cuddle if you invite him, but he is content to
stretch out on a quilt next to your chair. He is a good boy that
would do well as an only dog or with a playmate. Infants and toddlers
are not recommended, but older children would be great.
Luke is 7 years old, red/tan, has natural ears,
a docked tail, and neutered. Luke was awarded a CGC at 10 months
old with his obedience training. He listens extremely well and
walks well on leash. He does get a bit nervous around animals
smaller than him - so would prefer no cats or small dogs. He is
extremely attentive to his people. He is housebroken and up to
date on vaccinations.
