Teddy !!

*** TEDDY NEEDS ANOTHER CHANCE AT LOVE!! ***

Now at 9 years old, Teddy was returned to High Desert Doberman Rescue after having been adopted 2 years ago. His owner’s failing health made it impossible for him to keep Teddy and the daughter couldn’t take him because Teddy doesn’t do well with cats. He orginally came to the rescue with 4 other over-weight Dobermans when their owner passed away. Teddy is a sweet, active, and friendly boy with no known medical issues at this time.

Meet Mr. Teddy!!

OKAY!! So I'm NOT a bear BUT I am a TEDDY!!

I'm just dyin' to meetcha!!

Heaven... I'm in heaven...

High Desert Doberman Rescue recently took in four Dobermans and a senior bulldog mix from a tragic situation where their owner passed away leaving them alone in the home. All five canines are obese. Teddy is a friendly and active Doberman despite his size. They are concerned with his weight and will schedule a wellness exam and a senior wellness blood package to check the thyroid. He just arrived so we are just beginning to learn about their needs!

Special Needs if any: Determing what might be his ongoing needs.

Geographic areas for adoptions: Southwestern region of the US.

The Sponsor A Senior program helps Seniors by raising funds for their rescue programs. This helps offset some of the additional costs that come with caring for a senior (diet, medications, supplements, etc.). Please read more about this program on the Sponsor A Senior page.

Mr. Teddy is looking for a sponsor! The cost to sponsor a Senior Dobe is $40 per month or $480 per year. You can sponsor a Senior for one month, one year, or somewhere in between.
