Lexus had to be surrendered because her owners lost their home and jobs. She has lived with them her whole life and is now 8 years old. She is doing very well considering and fitting into her foster home well. She gets along very well with all the dogs in the foster home, both large and small. She also gets along with cats and children. Lexus is a very smart girl and is quite obedient even though she is deaf. She knows hand signals well. She is completely housebroken and doesn't need to be crated. But, she seems to enjoy laying in the open crate so she might prefer a crate. Lexus is very affectionate and looks for some petting anywhere she can get some. She has only just arrived so we will add more information once we get to know her better.
