• The "I Share My Life With A DOBERMAN" Quilt by Donna Campbell In Honor of all the Dobes she has loved!  The poem that precisely defines what a DobeLover feels for a Darling Doberman! The author is unknown but the feeling definitely is not!!  Our quilter was inspired by these sentiments, and so this lovely quilt was designed and created to spread the joy.  It is composed of five cross stitched blocks and four framing blocks - the Four Colors of Doberman are shown in the four corners... Darling Dobermans (DD's) Beautiful Black DD and Red DD head studies, beautiful Blue DD and Fawn DD in stacked body position.  These, along with contrasting tone on tone tan blocks, frame the large center panel with the "I Share My Life With A DOBERMAN" poem which has been lovingly cross-stitched on same pale blue background as the DD studies.  Not enough DD's?  The reverse of this quilt brings another feast of black DD head studies on a field of antique white - a beautiful foil for these beautiful creatures!  The quilt is made of broadcloth and has a thin layer of batting beautifully bound in black and finally quilted with large bones scattered about the whole and smaller bone accents within the poem square!  The finished size is approximately a four foot square - a perfect size for a lap quilt, quilted coverlet OR a very striking wall hanging!!  You choose!!
   
• "Dobermans In The Garden" cross stitched on a field of pale blue complementing the quilt!  This work of love was created and donated by Mary Drachus In Memory of her dear Mr. Magoo.  It's been professionally laced and specially framed which has a backing frame which gives it depth hanging on a wall.  The cross stitched scene is set in an 11" by 14" gold-beaded mat and the finished EyeCandy measures approximately 19" by 16" - it will come to you dust-jacketed and ready to grace your DobeGalleria!
   
• A "Doberman Duo" Porcelain Thimble donated by Donna Campbell.  The kind of needlework in the quilt inspires this craft and if your favorite DobeLover loves a needle and thread, here's a porcelain Doberman Duo thimble to keep those DobeLoving fingers safe... or to use as Doberman Eye Candy in the DobeGalleria!! The porcelain is so fine and thin you can actually see through its milky color from the inside - the regal DD's permanently fired on the outside!!
   
• "Doberman Winter Wonderland" Set of Three Embroidered Tea Towels by the Maxter Girls, Grace & Sydney In Honor of all their DD Loves!  These elves have been busy embroidering tea towels showing DD's interacting with Snowmen... tangled up in a holiday string of lights, holding a Gingerbread Man and finally... a puddle of water with a sign "Gone South For Summer" and a pile of snowman belongings... top hat, coal eyes, carrot nose, mittens, coal buttons and shoes!! :))  The tea towels are 100% cotton for great absorbency and measure 16" by 25" - a great size for using or just displaying more Doberman EyeCandy!!
   
• A "Dobermans!" 3-Collar + Lead Ensemble!  This "Dobermans!" set has something for everyone or... if DD invokes the "Doberman Property Rights" directive:  ALL MINE!!  This very generous and well made ensemble was donated by Miss FancyNancy herself, Jan Frick In Honor of all the Dobes she's ever loved!  The woven heavy cotton twill ribbon features a sublimation printed head study framed by two sitting Dobes in a repeating pattern.  The ribbon is carefully sewn onto strong nylon webbing and features solid brass hardware - strength and beauty not unlike a Dobe!! There is a 1" tan French satin lined parachute buckle collar with matching 52" lead, and TWO 1 1/2" Martingale collars - one with dark brown satin lining and the second in a Black & Rust Paisley Print... how appropriate!!
   
• A Quilted and Appliquéd Throw Pillow donated by Bunny Clark from Ohio In Honor of her DobeBoy.  This is a 16" square throw pillow that became a crafts mixed media playing field!  Made of navy broadcloth and comfortably filled, there are several layers of appliquéd adornments and quilting accents... 5 rows of parallel stitching, trims and an appliquéd centerpiece DOBE!!  This is a visual treat - Doberman EyeCandy!!   Too cute and a great functional DobeGalleria addition!
   
• A Doberman Key Holder donated by resident DobeAngel Irene Jansen In Memory of her dear DobeLadies, Flirt and Kira.  Irene found this (and other treasures) while scouring the net looking for Dobe items with which to tempt DobeLovers into supporting our Dobes In Need!  This Key Holder is an Art With Function creation by Lisa Charlton in Canada and is created with a crackleur base and adorned with a Black DD head study and the ubiquitous "pawprints on our hearts" accents!  It's 4 1/2" by 7" by 1/2" thick and comes 'ready to hang' by the door from a keyhole hanger with screw and screw jacket at the handy!!  It features 3 hook holders for your keys, tags or whatever!!  "Treat Pouch" anyone?
   
• Assorted Ornaments included for the sheer fun of it in this festive season!! Thanks again Irene!!  Two rocking horses crafted from crepe paper and a lovely beaded gold and green stocking too...  Surprises can only follow... :))
