Senta
Senta is a 9 year old black/rust female belonging to Christine in Centralia, Washington. In Chrisine's words "I had noticed some pink coloring in her drinking water… looking into her mouth I saw that her gums were swollen around one of her teeth. Lower right jaw. I then immediately took her to the vet. Recommendation was to extract because he was concerned about the mouth tumors that occur in Dobermans. Surgery was done that day and tissue sent to lab. Diagnosed as Lymphosarcoma." Christine now needs to find out whether or not Senta has any other indications of cancer - surrounding areas and/or lungs. Senta is her soul Dobe (she has had Senta since she was 7 months old) and the thought of losing her is devastating. However, Christine has stated that if the news were bad she would not put Senta through extraordinary measures (i.e. chemo) but would make her comfortable to the end. Christine lives on a very limited income and cannot afford the necessary bloodwork and x-rays. Now Senta needs our help!
