Nala
Nala is a beautiful 22 month old female Doberman living in Alpharetta, GA with her owner, Alan Morris.
In November, Nala bloated and her surgery and after care came to around $3000. She has continued to have
problems here and there and has run up some other fairly hefty bills, a couple hundred at a time.
When Nala was in post op from the bloat surgery, they were concerned with her heart rate/beats and thought
she might have DCM. So they kept her an extra day or two so they could run some tests. They were
inconclusive at to if she has DCM at this young age, or if the problems were associated with the bloat.
Alan wants to take Nala to a board certified cardiologist for more conclusive tests, so that she can have
the medication that she needs to prolong her life if it appears that DCM is the problem, however, he is
now struggling to pay his credit card bills after paying for Nala's prior needs.
