Kiowa
Kiowa is a beautiful 9 year old female Doberman, owned and loved by SND
member, Linda Tuttle. She was recently diagnosed with Wobblers, and
because of her age, a holistic approach has been decided upon for her
treatment.
Kiowa will be seeing Dr. Patricia Perkins at Blue Springs Animal Hospital
for acupunture treatments. She will need 4 initial weekly treatments,
and afterward, the pace will slow to once or twice a month. Linda is
also planning to learn Tellington Touch in order to keep Kiowa more
comfortable. Linda says, "I'm praying each week there will be a little
improvement. She still is a happy girl and has a great appetite."
