Miss Bella and
her Most Favorite NurseKid!!
You've read how she got here... You know the drill: dumped, saved by RescueAngels, needs medical attention! Saved, yes, by the RescueAngels of South West Ohio Doberman Rescue!! Miss Bella is a sweet gentle girl who always looks sad. Maybe with more time happy and pain-free she'll learn how to smile! Her foster-dad thinks she's happy inside. Lou and his children simply spoil her with love and attention. She has even become a great ambassador for the breed while recovering from her surgery for TWO torn ACL's! Lou's new girlfriend is (was) afraid of dogs. Absolutely terrified, Wendy still volunteered to care for post-surgical Bella while Lou went away. Bella did the normal eat-the-hotdog-spit-out-the-pill routine, forcing Wendy to stick her hand down a dog's throat. Not just a dog either, a big, bad Doberman!! Needless to say, Wendy and Bella have now bonded--and Bella has rescued her first human. Although she is a gentle, quiet dog, she has a big bark. She promises to bark at every big truck or bus away from her house. So far, so good, no busses have parked on her bed! Bella loves kids, loves her new bed, loves everything but cameras. No pics please unless they are flash-free candids, such a funny girl. Bella is healing well from her surgery. She has no accidents in the house and loves the phycox "treats" for her tummy. Bella is eagerly awaiting spring when she'll be ready to tackle life and see what it brings for a healthy young red-head.
